Justicia para los trabajadores de Chipotle
¡No mas despidos por “Auditorías I-9” y no mas deportaciones!
¡Legalización e igualdad ya!
El Comité por los derechos de los inmigrantes (MIRAc) brinda su apoyo incondicional a los trabajadores de Chipotle, inmigrantes Latinos quienes han sido recientemente despedidos inescrupulosamente, por la cadena de restaurantes Chipotle, situación que les hace la vida sumamente difícil sobre todo en esta fecha que se celebra la navidad y viene el ano nuevo.
El comité MIRAc se une a las personas afectadas por estos despidos masivos, lucharemos junto a los ex trabajadores hasta lograr que se haga justicia y sus demandas sean cumplidas en su totalidad.
Demandamos lo siguiente:
- Que los representantes Chipotle digan la verdadera razón por la cual se hicieron estos despedidos
- Que se extienda el periodo de tiempo ya sea para aclarar dudas o para buscar otro trabajo
- Que se paguen cheques, bonos y todo lo que deben
MIRAc demanda a chipotle un cese a los despidos masivos de trabajadores inmigrantes como también un cese a los abusos que los trabajadores están expuestos.
También creemos que esta es una nueva modalidad de redadas silenciosas que el gobierno de Obama esta llevando a cabo para criminalizar nuestra comunidad trabajadora.
Por lo tanto nuestro comité demanda a la administración de Obama:
- Un alto a las redadas en centros de trabajo a través de Auditorias y I-9
- Un alto a las deportaciones a través de los programas CAP y “Secure Communities”
- Una legalización incondicional para todos
Nuestro comité seguirá luchando de la mano de la comunidad inmigrante en contra de cualquier abuso de parte de los empleadores así como también de las deportaciones que nuestra comunidad esta sufriendo a lo largo y ancho de Estados Unidos.

Justice for Chipotle workers
No more I-9 firings and no more deportations!
Legalization for all and full equality!
The Minnesota Immigrant Rights Action Committee (MIRAc) unconditionally supports the Chipotle workers, Latino immigrants who have recently been unscrupulously fired by the Chipotle restaurant chain. This has made their lives very difficult especially in this Christmas and New Years season.
MIRAc joins with the people affected by these massive firings, and we fight together with the ex-workers until there is justice and their demands are achieved.
We demand the following:
- That Chipotle’s representatives tell the true reason for these firings
- That they extend the period of time to clear up doubts and for the workers to find another job
- That they pay wages, bonuses and all money they owe the workers
MIRAC demands that Chipotle stop these mass firings of immigrant workers and also demands a stop to the abuses that the workers are exposed to. We also think that this is a new model of silent raids that the Obama administration is carrying out to criminalize the workers of our community.
Therefore our committee demands of the Obama administration:
- Stop workplace raids and I-9 audits
- Stop deportations via programs like CAP and “Secure Communities”
- Unconditional legalization for all
Our committee with continue to struggle hand in hand with the immigrant community against any abuse from employers and also against deportations that our community is suffering throughout the United States.
